The CARNIVAL & CRAFT ZONE will be set up in the Undercroft.
This space will provide TWO different craft activities this year: paint an umbrella and sand art; and THREE carnival activities: hook-a-duck; goose neck toss and beanbag toss.
There are prizes to be handed out for the carnival games.
All craft items and carnival prizes have all been pre-purchased, we just need people to set up and oversee the activities across the day.
Activities include:
1. Setting up undercroft with tables and craft activity ready for when the fair starts - 4 people needed in total
2. Manning entry & overseeing carnival & craft activity: this includes 1 person to manage entry and sales; 5 people to oversee each activity, and an additional 2 people to float between activities, help out, replenish items.
3. Running the games and craft tables - 5 people - one per activity
4. Pack up and clean down - 4 people - many hands make light work!
