Bourbon on the Banks Tent 4:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to provide information about the Saturday event, to sell Bourbon on the Banks tickets and to sell Bourbon on the Banks merchandise. Volunteers will need to download and learn Zettle prior to this event. These volunteers may sit during their service.
Event Walkers 5:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to walk through the Bourbon Street on Broadway event to provide information to guests, collect trash, interact with guests, and serve as general ambassadors for Bourbon on the Banks.
Volunteers will pick up pizza for the KSU band.
Parking Garage Attendant 5:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to work at the parking garage at Mero and St. Clair to provide information to folks parking to attend the event, to direct traffic to the Bourbon Street on Broadway vs. the VIP event at the History Center and to assist with the Trolley stop.
Event Set Up and Information 3:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Volunteers are needed to assist with vendor set up, event set up and to prepare items for the Bourbon Street on Broadway event.
Set Up Signs for Bourbon on the Banks Event (Friday and Saturday) 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 09/30/2022 & 10/01/2022
Two Volunteers are needed to drive around and put-up signs that direct guests to the events happening on Friday and Saturday. These volunteers will be placing signs and rearranging signs before the event taking place on Friday and before the events taking place on Saturday. Must be able to drive a Gator. There will be two volunteers, one to drive the Gator and the other to put up the signs. Volunteers will need to attend meetings before the event, so they understand placement for the signs,
