GRADE 4 PARENTS WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
The 2023 School Disco has been assigned to Grade 4 Parents to run.
If you are able to help, offer your creativity or attend the pre-planning meetings, please register your interest below and join in the fun.
Helpers for the following roles are required and we will be meeting on the morning of the 24th October to discuss roles.
Event Leader(s) - 1 or 2
Art work for the flyer and posters
Ticket sales via QKR
DJ and music playlist
Decorations
Activities
Parent helpers for Set-up and Packing up, security, carers for quiet room (note in surname field which role)
Other (note in the surname field how you can assist)
NB: Please check with the school if a current Working with Children check is required
