PDX Pop Now! is a free all ages festival in Portland, Oregon. We are 100% volunteer run!
Festival Dates: August 7-9, 2026

PDX Pop Now! is a 501(c)3 organization.

Position Descriptions:
• Attendance Counter: Count and track attendee attendance at designated entry points throughout the festival.
• Beer Garden (ID Checker): Check IDs and monitor the line to the beer carts to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
• Festival Setup: Assist with setting up tents, tables, signage, and other festival infrastructure before the event begins.
• Festival Close: Help break down festival equipment, pack supplies, and restore the venue at the end of the event.
• Green Room: Check in bands, answer questions, set up food/supplies in the Expensify bank building. There is AC, but it is not visible to the stage. You'll be INSIDE.
• Ice Cream Truck: Hand out free ice cream to festival-goers.
• Merch Booth: Help sell festival merchandise, answer attendee questions, and keep the booth organized throughout the event.
• Production Assistant: Provide flexible, on-the-ground support to the production team wherever needed during the festival.
