Volunteer at The yART Sale!

Join us on Saturday, October 5th, from 11 AM to 5 PM at Oasis Community Garden in Ogden. Help us support local artists, crafters, and small businesses while enjoying live music and community activities.

Volunteer roles and times:

Event Setup (7 AM - 11 AM): Assist with setting up the event, including arranging tables, tents, signage, and ensuring all areas are prepared for the vendors and attendees.

Load-in Assistance (multiple shifts available between 7 AM - 11 AM): Assist vendors with unloading their items, setting up booths, and ensuring they have everything they need to start the event.

Vendor Support (multiple shifts available between 11 AM - 5 PM): Help vendors by providing information, running small errands, giving bathroom breaks, and ensuring their needs are met during the event.

Crossing Guard (multiple shifts available between 11 AM - 5 PM): Ensure the safety of attendees by assisting them in crossing streets around the event area. Guide traffic and help manage the flow of pedestrians.

Garbage Shift (1 PM - 4 PM): Patrol the garden, empty trash bins, and pick up litter to keep the area clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Load-out Assistance (5 PM - 6:30 PM): Assist vendors with packing up their items, taking down booths, and loading their vehicles.

Event Takedown (5 PM - 7 PM): Help with taking down tables, tents, signage, and cleaning up the event area to ensure everything is restored to its original condition.
