Bringing Christmas to children 0–18 years old. PLEASE READ the points below:
3 types of volunteers are needed:
• Gift bundlers in the Angel Tree Toy Depot: please limit your shifts to a total of two
• Gift Delivery Drivers
• Gift Pick-up Drivers
Qualifications:
• High level of integrity and ethical management of confidential lists.
• We welcome many different levels of ability, but you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. If you require assistance with gift bundling tasks, please arrive accompanied by someone who can support you.
• If family members are registered to receive gifts from Angel Tree or any other Christmas Hope organization, you are not eligible to volunteer.
• Volunteer drivers require a valid driver's license, cell phone, and reliable vehicle.
• Each volunteer must complete a confidentiality agreement.
• 18 years or older unless accompanied by an adult. A parent may accompany someone younger when permission is granted to angeltreeinfo@LFSfamily.ca.
Please note:
• All volunteers report to 920 2A Avenue North, Unit 108, 10 minutes before the start of their shift.
• The Angel Tree bundling room is a fragrance-free environment.
• Any child accompanying a volunteer must be 12 years old or older, and be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times.
• There is limited space in the Angel Tree bundling room, so please do not bring friends or guests (unless they are registered separately), and only 1 accompanying child per volunteer.
• If you are planning a driving shift with a friend/colleague, only sign up for one shift per vehicle.
• There is a limit of two gift bundling shifts per volunteer. There are no limits on signing up for driver shifts.
