The event is on Friday, March 6th, 2026 from 9:00am - 2:00pm - The event will be held at Freedom Park 5000 E 29th St, Tucson, AZ 85711
The mission of Hope In The Park is to provide a single location where local agencies, government, businesses, medical providers and the faith community collaborate to help the our community with basic needs, referrals and advocacy.
Position Descriptions:
Provider Set Up – Arrive Early & assist in setting up Tents/Tables/Chairs/ Signs
Event Navigator – Guide our Guests around the event to different Resource Providers to help maximize the help they receive at the event. (This position will be a standing and moving position)
Registration coordinator – Register Guests before they enter the Event (This position can be a sit-down position)
Floater/Clean up – A Floater will get an assignment the day of the Event & can assist with anything needed. Stay after the completion of the event & assist in cleaning up.
Ticket booth coordinator- Assists participants with their raffle tickets and ensuring all prizes are claimed by the appropriate claimants.
Ballon Inflator facilitator- Inflate balloons utilized by providers to assist with event navigation and to provide balloons to children.
