THE ALL-AMERICAN CARWASH - Operation Warm Heart!! The theme is RED, WHIT, AND BLUE, and YOU could be this year's CAPTAIN CARWASH! We will judge on theme, originality, personality and reliability... APPROPRIATNESS IS A MUST, so make sure to read our "Carwash Dress, Appearance and Conduct" rules!
