Kleefeld Community Cleanup signup sheet
Kleefeld Spring Cleanup is set for Saturday, May 4 and we need all the volunteers we can get! Meet at the Kleefeld park (rain or shine) at 10am with weather and ditch appropriate attire where you will receive gloves, bags, and a designated destination assigned to your group. The more volunteers, the larger area of town we can clean! Thank you to team Olyniuk Stephen H Olyniuk Alicia Olyniuk for sponsoring the post cleanup treats for all volunteers. Common questions:
What do I do if I fill my garbage bag up?
** Leave it at the side of the road and our volunteers who are driving around with the trailer will pick it up. Please make sure the bag is visible on the side of the road and not in the ditch.
What if I run out of bags?
** You will receive a phone number to text and we will bring more to you!
I don’t want to be in ditches, is there somewhere else for me/ my kids?
**Yes! We only send people into more difficult areas who are willing. We have lots of streets in town, subdivisions, and the entire park also on the list.
I want to clean my area of town with my neighbours, can I sign up for a specific area?
** Of course! Just let us know your area of preference when you RSVP and you will get marked down.
I live in the country, can I just stay here and clean?
**Definitely! If you are near town (Kleefeld) and have lots of garbage bags along the side of the road, give us a text and we will come collect.
