Reach The Beach Race Exchange Tent Volunteer signup sheet
The Boosters secured a coveted Volunteer Exchange Station (White Mountain Motorsports Park in North Woodstock) at this year's race. This could be the biggest fundraiser of the year for our group as we get paid for volunteering and we can sell food. We need a minimum of 10 volunteers and must staff the tent from 12:30pm-9:30pm. We can accommodate half-shifts, too (12:30-5 or 4:30 to 9:30).
NRHS Principal Roberts has approved to excuse students 16+ who wish to volunteer. Students will earn money for their class as part of this effort.
Our volunteers will help with set up, parking, serving food, and trash removal in the exchange area. If you are unable to help staff the tent, we greatly appreciate food donations (right now we are thinking soups, bagels and baked goods).
