Science Night Volunteers signup sheet

Listed below are the science nights scheduled for 2023-24. Check back periodically, as new events will appear! Feel free to sign up for as many nights as you are able to attend. Volunteers bring their own demo/display materials to the event. Please sign up as far in advance as possible, and be sure to let Kitty know (x2468; kcahalan@caltech.edu) if you have any special needs, such as power, extra tables, access to water, etc. If your demo is new, make sure it is appropriate for the age group, and safe for all participants. Contact Kitty if you have questions or would like ideas. PLEASE NOTE: Once we have volunteers committed to an event, the sites make arrangements to accommodate our exhibits and advertise the event to their communities. We value our volunteers' time, and we also value the relationships with the sites that have invited us to bring STEM learning to their events, so we ask our volunteers to make every effort to attend an event once they have signed up, or give as much advanced warning as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
