In Search of Stoke Red Hill - Volunteer Registration signup sheet

Roll up roll up, volunteers are needed for the In Search of Stoke Gravity Enduro event being held Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st of April at Red Hill MTB Park. The event is not possible without volunteers on the ground. A description of each of the volunteer roles we are looking to fill is provided below. There will also be a pre-event meeting for us to further explain your role on the day. All volunteers will receive food and drink on the day. These roles can be filled by anyone; friends, family members, partners, anyone that can't race on the day but wants to get involved in all the STOKE!

Registration Desk:
There will be two volunteers at the registration desk, you'll likely be the first of many quality people the riders speak to, you'll welcome them, give them their race number and provide them with any general info they might need.

In Search of Stoke, Super Stoke and Bloke Stoke Stage Marshall:
Two volunteers will be positioned at the start of each stage, besides bringing all the cheer and encouragement you can muster, your role will be to make sure there is an appropriate time gap between riders. You'll also provide general support to riders such as ensuring they know where to line up, making sure the start area is safe and clear of people. For Super Stoke, a third Marshall will also be positioned at the middle of the trail.

Kids Pump & Stoke Race Marshall:
The kids race will take place on the pump track at boundary rd. You'll be there to help time each of the kids and make sure they all stay safe and have fun. No working with children check is required.

Parking Marshall:
Your job is to get the cars to park in the formation of a full face helmet. Nah, kidding!! You are there to make sure drivers park in a sensible fashion in the designated parking area. More information will be given to you on the day

Safety Officer:
No training is required for this role. You are assigned with knowing the evacuation plan, emergency plan and knowing who the first aid contacts are. All of this information will be provided to you on the day.

Set Up and Pack Down volunteers:
Are going to be a HUGE help setting up and packing down the race village and any tape etc used for each stage. Race event organisers will be there to guide volunteers on what needs to be done
