Trackables and Games signup sheet

Handle incoming trackables, including registering them on sheets available for distribution list and record names and emails of those cachers who want a copy of the list; stamp and sign Cacheopoly sheets and have cachers sign sheets that will generate winners; have cachers sign similar sheets for Pathtags; encourage entrants in Bingo, Caption competition etc to place entries in appropriate box and respond to game queries.
