2026 Holiday Fair - November 21 signup sheet

Most tasks have been split up in 2 shifts. You can sign up for 1 shift or both if you would like to join us for the full event.
Note -Teens are welcome to volunteer for roles that do NOT have an asterisk

-Volunteer Task Description-

SETUP - Help us set up the tables, bring in supplies and decorate!
GREETER - Welcome Fair attendees and help direct them to the many areas, activities and treats they can enjoy
HOLIDAY CAFE- Help fill hungry bellies with yummy lunch, snacks and drinks.
BAKE TABLE - Come help out at the bake sale....We will have so many yummy baked treats for sale (try not to buy them all yourself)
RAFFLE - A very important fundraising activity, help us sell ticket and increase fundraising dollars.
HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP - Special kids only section where you can help the children find and wrap the perfect present for a loved one!
THE CRAFT CORNER - Get creative in the craft corner with kiddos making a little something special.
WINTER THRIFT SHOP - Help shoppers find great deals on pre-loved winter clothing, keep things organized and give winter gear a second life!
TAKE DOWN - Let's celebrate a great event blasting some Holiday tunes and cleaning up after a fun filled day.
