Saddle Brook Township Trunk or Treat 2021 signup sheet
Date: Saturday October 30th Time: 12pm-2pm Location: 55 Mayhill Street (Future home of the Township Municipal Complex- The old Home Depot parking lot) RAIN DATE: Sunday October 31st 12pm-2pm
If you want to help, HERE’S HOW: We are looking for volunteers to decorate their car and hand out candy to the children that attend the Trunk or Treat event. All volunteers will receive 2 large bags of candy. Each child will go from car to car with their “Halloween Passport”. This passport will keep track of whether or not they got a treat from you already. Participants will turn in their passport at the end of the line of cars. At that point, they will vote for their favorite decorated car. The theme with the most votes will win a Prize!! There will also be a 2nd and 3rd place winner. Set up will start at 11:00 am.
All volunteers will need to sign the following disclaimer the day of the event.

The risks of COVID-19 are not well understood and there is controversy among experts on how the virus can spread and difficulty in scientifically determining whether anyone has the virus at any moment in time. In consideration of providing services, by signing below you agree to accept all responsibility for the risk that you or someone in your family may contract COVID-19. While we are taking your safety and that of township employees and volunteers very seriously by employing new safety and sanitation initiatives, we cannot guarantee that any of these measures will completely protect you from contracting COVID-19.
I agree that if I take any steps to make a claim for damages against the Township of Saddle Brook, its agents, employees, volunteers or any released parties arising out of my receipt of services, I shall be obligated to pay attorney fees and costs incurred as a result of such claim.
I have read and agree to the above policies and guidelines to keep myself, township employees, volunteers, and others safe.
