Route prep (FRIDAY before event) - includes placing signs and painting direction lines at route intersections. Two teams of three people needed to prep the two 33 miles routes.
Dwight - first shift is a four-hour shift as it includes setting up the registration area (tent, table, registration packets, snacks) as well as checking in participants. Third shift includes striking the area and teardown of signage along the two Route 66 routes.
Gardner and Odell - first shifts includes setting up (tent, table, water jugs, snacks). Third shift includes striking the area and teardown of signage along the two routes to the nearby support stops.
Support stops 1 & 2 - first shifts include setting up (tent, table, and water jugs). Third shift includes striking the area and teardown of signage along the two routes to Dwight.
SAG vehicle support - requires driving along the two 33 miles routes and ensuring riders are safe and supported. Third shift includes teardown of signage along the two routes.
