Summer 2020 Friday Delivery Drivers signup sheet
If you are willing to volunteer this summer on Fridays to pick up and pass out weekend bags at various locations please sign up here. We are asking that only adults (age 18+, no children) sign up to volunteer on this form. If you have students that are wanting to volunteer, please email LBurnett.bpb@gmail.com to see if there is a time when students may help. We are trying to do our part to follow protocol and help limit the spread of the virus which means that we have to follow guidelines in only allowing adults to help at this time with the delivery of the weekend bags.
Although this sign up sheet has many spots available, we will only be contacting groups of 30 at a time to deliver and pass out bags each week. You will receive a text on a Monday or Tuesday of the week you are needed to deliver on Fridays. A follow up email will be sent on Thursdays with more information about the specific location you have been assigned and further instructions for pick up and delivery.
We are encouraging you to sign up here and let us contact you as needs arise. As we are allowed to open up our doors again for more volunteers to help pack bags, not just deliver, we will add a separate sign up sheet for that in the future. Please only sign up once on this list if you are willing and able to deliver bags and pass them out this summer,
