Beacon Athletic Banquet volunteers - June 14 signup sheet
On June 14th, Beacon will be honoring athletes by hosting a Sports Awards & Banquet event from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Parent volunteers are needed starting at 4:45pm in the cafeteria to help with setting up (food, decorations); serving; and then break-down and clean up. If you can stay for the whole event, please put your name down for each category; if not, choose the time that works for you. Please email beaconpta@beaconschool.org with any questions. Thank you!
