South Church Auction - October 25, 2025 signup sheet

Hello! Thank you for volunteering to provide refreshments and appetizers for the October Auction Fundraiser. Please arrange your appetizers or desserts on a tray with your name tape to the bottom and bring your donation to the church sometime after 3:00 on the afternoon of the auction. If your contribution needs refrigeration, please place it in the refrigerator. If you plan to bring your contribution when you come to the auction, please arrive at least 20 minutes early. Ginny Mierins will be organizing the food tables and will need time to complete her work prior to the start of the auction.
