Hello! Thank you for signing up to help with providing refreshments and appetizers at the Midwinter Merriment fundraiser. Please arrange your appetizers or desserts on a tray with your name taped to the bottom and drop the food off between 3:00 and 3:30pm on the day of the event (Saturday, January 25th).
Please note that the listed amounts are PER volunteer. For example: 2 volunteers are needed to provide 1 dozen deviled eggs each, for a total of 2 dozen.
