Amici String Volunteers 2024/2025 signup sheet

Registration in the Amici Program assumes a commitment to fulfill volunteer requirements for the full calendar year (October 1st - September 30th). Volunteer bond cheques will be destroyed after September 30th to those fulfilling this requirement. Families that choose not to fulfill their volunteer commitment will have their cheques deposited as a non-volunteer buyout.

Please enter your Name AND Amici student’s name in the ‘First Name’ field. ie. If your name is John Doe and the Amici participant’s name is Sue. Please enter John (Sue Doe) in the ‘First Name’ field.
