It's that time of year where we start preparing for the Annual Park2Park Charity Fun Run event held Sunday 31st July 2022.
Behind the scenes, the event relies on more than 100 volunteers to man drink stations, street corners, and the finish line to assist and cheer the runners on their way. It goes without saying that the Ipswich Hospital Foundation Park2Park could not be staged without the dedication and hard work of our volunteers.'
If you would like to get involved and help this action-packed event come to life, please check out our 2022 volunteer roles below.
As a volunteer, you will receive a free Park2Park cap, light morning tea and are receive %10 off virtual Park2Park tickets. It is a great opportunity for friends and family groups to volunteer together whilst enjoying one of Ipswich's largest events. If you need more incentive, every cent raised goes directly to supporting local research!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
All volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. If volunteers are under the age of 16, they will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please note that in line with Ipswich Hospital Foundations COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, all volunteers working onsite must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (2 doses) and be able to show evidence on the day.
Once signed up, you will receive a confirmation email. Further details pertaining to your shift closer to the event.
