June 13, 2026 Dorie's House 5K Colour Run signup sheet

Dorie's House Colour Run is seeking volunteers for the 10th annual 5K Colour Run on June 13, 2026 from Kinetic Park/Saloon.

On behalf of the Dories House Colour Run Committee, we ask that you please consider volunteering for one of the volunteer positions listed below.

Once again, every checked in volunteer on the day of the run will be entered into the prize pool with the rest of the participants! Be sure to collect your bib number from the Volunteer Station in the Saloon. You must be wearing your bib number to win!

Once you are signed up, be sure to check your email (and junk folder) for reminders and further information regarding your volunteer position(s) and this amazing fundraiser for Dorie's House Treatment Center.

Some important information to know:
1. All volunteers must check in at the "Volunteer Table" upon arrival at Kinetic Park/Saloon. (A Dorie's House Run Coordinator will review your duties with you)
2. Bring lawn chairs, and other needed items (bug spray, sunscreen, water bottle, etc.)
3. Refreshments and snacks will be available for participants and volunteers at the Nutrution Station.
4. Dress for the weather.
5. Colour Run Powder throwers - wear clothes that you do not mind adding some extra colour too!
6. All volunteers will recieve a "Volunteer" lanyard to wear. Please return these lanyards at the Volunteer Station when your shift is over.
7. Volunteer shirts are available as a first come first serve basis. If you already have a shirt from previous years, please feel free to wear again! These are for you to keep.
8. Please take note of the contact info below to have as your reference for the day of the event.
9. Volunteer duties and the 5K Route will be emailed out. Please print and/or familiarize yourself with this information.
10. Dories House 5K Colour Run coordinators will be wearing identifying volunteer t-shirts/aprons. Please speak to a coordinator if you have any questions.
11. Bring noise makers, cowbells, bubbles, water guns, bluetooth speakers for music, and other items to cheer on the participants as they run by your water stations, colour stations or cross the finish line!
12. Be sure to have fun!
13.Your shift end time will be determined based on participants and once all participants have come through your station twice, you can return to Kinetic Park/Saloon with all your station items.
14. The route takes about 1.5 hours to complete with all participants returning back to the Saloon.
