Volunteer Sign-Up – Summer Fair
We’re starting to plan this year’s Summer Fair and have loads of ideas for fun games and stalls. To make it all happen, we’ll need plenty of helping hands!
Please use this form to let us know if you’re able to help run a stall or activity. The more volunteers we have, the easier it is to split roles into shorter, manageable time slots—so even a small amount of time makes a big difference.
At this stage, we’re just gathering initial numbers to support planning. Once we know what stalls we can run, we’ll be in touch with more details.

We’re collecting email addresses and phone numbers so that we can contact you closer to the event with further information. Your details will only be used for organising the Summer Fair and won’t be shared or used for anything else. We will be creating a volunteers WhatsApp group which will be archived after the event.
