Recertification testing, March 18 signup sheet

Handlers please arrive at 5:45. Use the Family Entrance just off of Burleigh. First right turn after Fiebrantz from the east, first left after Lilly Rd from the west.
Masks may be required when in the lobby and hallways.
Bring testing fee, vet certificate and proof of insurance with you.
Please include dog's name for signup.
