Venue Set-up Crew - Thursday, December 18, 2025 signup sheet
Unpack boxes and place items in appropriate areas (toys, books, stuffed animals, etc.) Sort and organize pallets of food. [Food bags will be packed on Friday.] Bikes will also be delivered and will need help unloading and walking the bikes to the designated wheel size area. There will be a lot of walking and lifting required for the distribution slots. Feel free to bring carts to help transport boxes. Start and end times are flexible.
*Some food MAY be delivered this day - delivery days are pending.
