Welcome back to the 2024 OG!
THIS IS A TWO DAY EVENT - Friday/Saturday, June 21st & 22nd, 2024. Volunteers get free camping in the HooptieX area ONLY. All camping for HooptieX racers and volunteers will be on the lower section of property near track.

We will have a morning and an afternoon shift both days.
MORNING VOLUNTEER MEETING at 8:45am sharp near TIMING SHACK both Friday and Saturday mornings. AFTERNOON VOLUNTEER MEETING at 1:45pm sharp near TIMING SHACK both Friday and Saturday afternoons. NOTE: If you are signing up for TECH, ENTRY in MORNING meet Alex EARLY, NO LATER THAN 8:15am near TIMING SHACK, we will need you up and running before rest of crew. NOTE: If you wish to volunteer as a Spectator Captain, please reach out to Alex prior to signing up. This is a position with more responsibilities, and we want experienced volunteers in these positions as we implement it. Details to follow.
Morning HooptieX shift starts at 9:00am and ends at 1:00pm. There will be a lunch break at 1:00pm for one hour. Afternoon shift starts at 2:00pm and ends at 6:30pm.
Bring food (food also available nearby), water, chairs, canopy, etc to your stations if you wish. You may bring someone with you to your station but access to and from your station will be extremely limited during race. All stations will have vehicle access and spot to park off track. You may stay in your car due to weather but YOU MUST keep your eyes up on course. YOU ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO TAKE AS MANY PICS/VIDS AS YOU CAN. Make us feel like pros because we are.
IF YOU ALSO WANT TO RACE, volunteers race for $40 instead of $85 and must register as a "Volunteer Racer" on our registration site which is here: http://msreg.com/HooptieXRedmond24.
Volunteers are allowed to camp in the HooptieX area for free, but must purchase a GamblerTown ticket to access or camp in GamblerTown. Wristbands will be checked at the gate.
DO NOT sign up if you cannot commit. Racer, spectator and volunteer safety depends on it.
