Volunteer Coordinators and Check-In Tent signup sheet

We're looking to add a volunteer coordinator. The coordinator would help attract volunteers and help coordinate them with the help of a team of sign-in people. The Volunteer Check-In Team would staff the Volunteer Check-In Tent and help lead sign-in volunteers and help connect them to the right chairperson or place on the grounds. All people on this team would help answer questions for potential volunteers that may stop by and inquire of how to volunteer within the organization and the show.
