On Course Volunteers - 2026 signup sheet
The Seacoast Half Marathon Race Committee is seeking volunteers to direct racers and manage traffic for the Seacoast Half Marathon on Sunday October 25, 2026. The race starts at Portsmouth High School at 8:30 am (8:00 am for walkers) and goes through Portsmouth, Rye, and New Castle and ends at Portsmouth High School. This year's beneficiary is Krempels Brain Injury Center, which provides services, support, and a community for individuals with brain injuries. On course volunteers are asked to check-in at 7:30 am at Seacoast Mental Health at 1145 Sagamore Ave in Portsmouth for vest/flag and location assignments. Send me an email if you have a favorite yearly volunteer spot along the course. Please note that the greatest need for on-course volunteers is in Rye and New Castle - please select a spot in those communities if you are able. Thank you, Steve stephen.j.bergeron@gmail.com
