Door Attendant: Ensure students are not leaving the Charger Gym for any reason other than for their performances. (Bathroom facilities are located in the gym for students to use.) Politely deny any guests or spectators access to the gym at any time. Also, please make sure that the stairway in the Charger Gym remains clear for groups moving to and from their performance areas!

Floor Supervisor: Continually walk throughout gymnasium to monitor student behavior. This includes walking through the bathroom facilities* (gender specific please!) regularly. Redirect any high energy/inappropriate behaviors and if necessary, alert Mary Gaido to address the situation.
**Male volunteers especially needed!

Balcony Supervisor: Deter students from hanging out in the hallways above the Charger Gym or leaving the gym through the media center. Make sure access to the balconies is clear and safe for student passage. Finally, keep an eye on the students in the Charger Gym below and notify the floor supervisors of any behavior problems you see.

Performance Caller: Callers will use provided walkie-talkie to receive group cues from Mary Gaido who will be backstage. Callers will also need to continually reference the given CALL CHART and make announcements in the gym to inform groups of their upcoming performances. For the small featured ensembles, you’ll need to personally check-in performers so that you when they have left for their performance. You may need to utilize the Charger Gym Floater Supervisor to assist in locating any “missing” performers as call times approach. Volunteers for this position need to be comfortable speaking into a microphone, addressing crowds, and should be comfortable multi-tasking/handling continual communications between multiple parties.*

Dinner Setup & Serving Lines: Unload catered food and set up on serving tables. Once students are released to eat dinner, they will need to be served to maximize food line efficiency. Following dinner, please assist in food/garbage clean-up and prepare the gym for the maintenance staff to tear down. **Please note: The tight timing of dinner in-between the two shows on Friday night means that volunteers for that particular shift will not be able to see either concert on Friday evening. If you volunteer for this, please plan to see the concert on Thursday!

Poinsettia Sales: The Music Boosters Executive Board are looking for volunteers to help us sell the white poinsettia plants from the stage following the last performance on Friday night. Volunteers MAY attend the 8:15 PM concert but will need to be available during the Encore to start collecting money and providing travel sleeves to anyone purchasing the plants. *Volunteers need to be comfortable collecting cash and/or using the "Square" app device provided by the Music Boosters Exec Board*
