1) The duties for morning time volunteers including: collect costumes, check costume quality, handout the voucher ticket;
2) The duties for volunteers working on Oct 16th afternoon including: set up tables, sort out costumes by size, hand out costumes to those with raffle ticket, make sure one ticket per costume, clean up
