2025 GROUNDS - SET UP, DURING AND CLEAN UP signup sheet
We have multiple opportunities to help before, during and after the trial. This is divided into three options - feel free to sign up for multiple times if you like.
SET UP - we have multiple days of putting up fences, signage, tables & Chairs - we will contact you to see what day might work for you.
DURING - There are various odd jobs - emptying trash barrels, recycle barrels, wiping tables, running an errand - again, we'll work with your schedule
CLEAN UP - We clean up the day following the trial - lots of things to do, tear down fencing, signs, trash & putting everything away
All volunteers are given a FREE 5-Day pass to the Meeker Classic the pass includes a meal and 2 drink vouchers that you can redeem at the Meeker Classic Concessions. Thank you!
