TCNYC SINGING CALENDAR signup sheet
*Please only sign up where you have clearance/training (i.e. MSK trained can sign up for MSK sings, MJHS-trained can sign up for MJHS etc.)*
*New sails need 5-8 institutional sings before signing up for a home sing - check in with Rebecca once you have done 5 sings*
*Any sings in Brooklyn will be labeled Brooklyn*

MSK - 1275 York Ave - E. 68th/York Ave, Manhattan.
VNSNY Facilities:
VNS Residence: (Carnegie East House for Seniors): 1844 2nd Ave (btw 95th/96th), Manhattan.
Northern Manhattan Center (NMC): 116 E. 125th St (btw Lex/Park), Harlem.
Harlem Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation: 30 W. 138th St, (btw Malcom X Blvd and 5th ave), Harlem. (2,3 trains to 135th st)
Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation (CNR) - 727 Classon Ave, Brooklyn *Please contact Donna before signing up if you have never sung here before*
Home Sings:
Home Sing, VNS= Only sign up if you have VNSNY training and are cleared for home-singing - these are VNSNY patients.
Home Sing= Anyone cleared for home singing may sign up - these are non-VNSNY patients, we have several!
