Venue Setup Crew - Thursday, December 17, 2026 signup sheet
Help us get the venue ready for Giveaway Day!
Volunteers will help unpack boxes and distribute items to designated areas, including toys, books, and stuffed animals. Volunteers may also help sort and organize pallets of food and unload bikes, then move them to the appropriate wheel-size areas.
Please know: There will be a lot of walking and lifting during the distribution shifts. Feel free to bring a cart to help transport boxes and supplies.
Start and end times are flexible.
Food note: Food bags will be packed on Friday. Some food may be delivered on Thursday; delivery dates are still pending.
