Setup of Unloading and setting-up of items in the Dining room--beverage station, trash/recycle cans, buffet tables (serving line), etc. Setting the guest tables with napkins, utensils, and other items Serving lasagna, breadsticks, replenish all items as needed Assist guests as they go through the self-serve line for salad, dressing, antipasti, etc.
Sat April 5 - 10am- 12:45pm (or until everyone has been served)

Clean up the Serving tables, put away leftovers, clean-up the Kitchen Clean up, put away, clear dining tables and make sure certain items are recycled and/or placed in bins. Assist the custodial person, Jesse, with wiping the vinyl table cloths, putting away extra tables, sweeping/mopping the floor
