Setup of Unloading and setting-up of items in the Dining room--beverage station, trash/recycle cans, buffet tables (serving line), etc. Setting the guest tables with napkins, utensils, and other items Serving lasagna, breadsticks, replenish all items as needed Assist guests as they go through the self-serve line for salad, dressing, antipasti, etc.
