Awards Area June 5-7 2026 signup sheet

The awards area assistants will meet with the Awards coordinator in the awards area behind the black curtain. As an awards area helper you will help the coordinator lay out the medals and ribbons on the tables, prep them on the trays. Once awards ends you will do a quick check of the awards area to ensure there's no garbage and tidy.

Please note award times are approx. awards will start following the end of the session. When signing up for the Awards assistant that the awards will overlap 2 sessions. Please do not sign yourself up for awards if you need to be in the main gym during either of the two sessions that awards overlap.
