RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that I am volunteering to help at the ND State Fair of 2023 as a Ticket Scanner or Hand Stamper on behalf of Airmen Against Drunk Driving as a means to procure monetary donations that will be invested back into the organization meant to ensure that Minot AFB affiliated personnel and their families are provided safe and confidential ride services. I understand the responsibilities of these roles and that I am expected to only work as a volunteer for the roles I was assigned. I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself, others, and property and further release and discharge Airmen Against Drunk Driving for injury, loss, or damage arising out of my use of or presence upon the property, facilities, and volunteers, whether caused by the fault of myself, other volunteers, Airmen Against Drunk Driving or other third parties. I also agree not to hold Airmen Against Drunk Driving nor the ND State Fair liable for any harm caused to myself, others, and/or property while volunteering. I further agree and acknowledge that Airmen Against Drunk Driving is not liable to refund, pay, or financially support any damages, legal counsel, and/or claims against me while volunteering. I understand that I am solely volunteering my time to support the Airmen Against Drunk Driving. By signing up via the virtual online sign-up sheet, I have been given ample opportunity to read the "RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER" information and willingly sign up to aid AADD. I am, by no means, under duress and am strictly signing up on behalf of myself and no other person(s).

DRESS CODE: Plain white shirts, jeans or black/khaki pants/shorts. (Please note it will be hot, so dress appropriately)

MEET-UP LOCATION: Gate B to pick up your passes from the shift lead (SSgt DeCosse). Further details will be provided frequently via the email you provide. Photo references will be provided, as well as a pinned location. Please give yourself ample time to find your way through the crowds to show up for your shift start. EXPECTATIONS: You are allowed to bring water or items that are ONLY Pepsi products due to their sponsorship and legal contract with the ND State Fair. (Bring water in an unlabelled bottle). Water will also be provided to you during your event shift. Pay attention to your email with updates and information. We will hold a briefing a month prior to the State Fair to establish all other necessary information to ensure the events are successful and that you are given all benefits.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO FULFILL YOUR DUTIES, YOU MUST CONTACT SSGT DECOSSE A MONTH IN ADVANCE, NO LESS THAN 2.5 WEEKS. FOR ANY LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS, PLEASE FIND A REPLACEMENT FOR YOURSELF AND PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED. IF YOU CANNOT FIND ANYONE, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY.
