Celebrate His Harvest is right around the corner, and we need your help to make this important fundraiser successful. If you have questions about a specific task, please contact Elissa (952)212-7451. Start and stop times are approximate for event and auction set-up, if you need to come late or need to leave early-NO PROBLEM. We will take all the help we can get. Tasks Friday 4:30pm and later-please arrive at time listed.
EVENT SET-UP this will include any and all tasks the students do not complete during the day.
SILENT AUCTION SET-UP will include organizing and displaying auction items and games.
FEED STUDENT VOLUNTEERS includes preparing a meal for our students to eat as their schedule allows, approx 75. Set-up in Mr. Lanes room.
REGISTRATION includes basic computer knowledge to greet and register guests. Report to the school office.
DESSERT TABLE ATTENDANT pull any desserts from refrigeration (student wait staff can assist), organize dessert table.
DATA ENTRY log bid numbers and bids as they come in from silent auction, live auction and dessert dash.
GUEST CHECKOUT/AUCTION CLOSING basic computer knowledge and data entry, make sure guests collect all items.
EVENT TAKE DOWN take down tables, chairs, decorations, empty garbage cans, etc. We have a student crew coming in Saturday to do the major cleaning.
