Summer Camp Session I -2019 signup sheet

Portola Valley Children’s Theatre Conservatory encourages families to share in the creativity and fun of a production. During the summer program, each family is expected to sign up serve on a Parent Committee to assist us either through personal time or a gift card. Your help allows for our summer staff to be fully available to our students. Thank you for signing up to participate in one of the following summer camp parent committees.

(We know that not everyone has time to spare and in lieu of providing our program with your time, families can sign up to provide a gift card that help offset the cost of supplies for costume & prop creation, and projects.) Thank you in advance for your participation!

Thank you for your support!
