Weiser River Music Festival 2024 signup sheet

Thank you so much for offering your time to make the Weiser River Music Festival awesome this year!!

This signup sheet is for volunteers of the Weiser River Music Festival, June 13th - 15th, 2024. Volunteers are required to work a 4-hour shift in order to qualify for a day-pass to the festival. Sign up for 3 full-shifts for access to all 3-days of the festival plus general camping!

Volunteers will be charged $40, which includes the cost of your volunteer T-shirt.

Please arrive early enough before your shift starts so you have sufficient time to meet with the Volunteer Coordinator. The Volunteer Coordinator will give you instructions on where you will be stationed, along with shift duties. You will also receive instructions from the volunteer whose shift you are relieving.

*Single shift volunteers do not qualify for camping.
*Two full-shifts earn a 1-day general camping pass, along with a single 2-day pass.
*Three full-shifts earn general camping pass for the entire event along with a single 3-day festival pass!
*If you are not able to arrive at your assigned shift, or if you need to leave your shift early, PLEASE LET US KNOW!!
*VOLUNTEERS WHO DO NOT WORK THEIR SHIFT, AND DO NOT NOTIFY US, WILL BE CHARGED THE 1-DAY ADMISSION FEE. This has never happened, but please don't be the first LAME-O! ;) Things happen. We understand, but just communicate with us.
*Must be 18 or older to volunteer.
