2025 SAH Annual International Conference (Atlanta, GA, April 30- May 4, 2025) signup sheet
The SAH 2025 Annual International Conference is being held at Hilton Atlanta, 255 Courtland St, NE, Atlanta, GA. All activities originate at the Hilton Atlanta. Check-in for your shift at the conference Registration Desk located in the Grand Ballroom West. All meeting participants, INCLUDING VOLUNTEERS, will be required to follow any COVID-19 protocols in place at the time. Duties include: staffing the registration desk, monitoring sessions, and assisting with tour check-in. Those who volunteer for 6 or more hours will earn a 50% rebate on the Early Registration fee, which will be processed after the conference. SAH Annual Conference Fellowship recipients are welcome to volunteer but are ineligible for registration rebates. For community members, no registration or membership is required to volunteer. We look forward to having you join us!
