Tasks:
Heavy lifting. Will be lifting up-to 50 lbs.
Junk removal. Will be helping to dispose of large amounts of junk and refuse.
Pests. Will be working in an environment frequented by pests (cockroaches, bed bugs, mice, etc…)
Cleaning. Will be assisting with minor cleaning of units (sweeping, mopping, surface wiping, etc…)
Will have supervised interactions with tenants.
