Volunteers Role Descriptions
- Event Setup: Assist with setting up tables, chairs, decorations, and other materials before the event.
- Registration: Check-in attendees, distribute event materials (e.g., name tags, programs), and answer initial questions.
- Ushers & Greeters: Greet and guide attendees to their seats, provide directions, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Concessions: Serve food and beverages, restock supplies, and maintain a clean concession area.
- VOACC Information Table: Share about Volunteers of America, answer questions, and provide informational materials.
- HR Table: Provide information about job opportunities or programs related to Volunteers of America.
- Wherever Needed: Serve as floaters to assist in various areas where additional help is needed.
- Clean Up: Break down tables, chairs, and other event materials; clean and organize the venue.
