Sat, July 22nd 6AM - Sun, July 23rd 6AM: Please email volunteer@dorba.org on questions about when you're available outside of times listed, group sign ups to take care of a certain trail, or if you can help with trail clean up prior & after. For volunteer parking try your best to NOT park in the main lot - save for riders. At CHSP, volunteers will get a free day pass (we need to submit names prior to Saturday). Northshore riders will start at Lakeside Trail Head and park on Lakeside Parkway. Do NOT park in the neighborhood. When you get to your trail, please check in with the trail steward to see what's needed. Thanks in advanced. Free JD t-shirts for all volunteers- email your shirt size before Friday 6/30/23 to guarantee your size. Friendly reminder to log your volunteer hours (DORBA.org under 'Events/Volunteer').
Event description: Judgment Day is a challenge to complete a certain number of trails (as laid out by the organizers) within 24 hours. It is not a race - it's about completing the trails and loops in the order the organizers set by challenging yourself and having fun! All finishers receive a coveted Top Cap. Judgment Day is a DORBA-members-only FREE event. YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO PARTICIPATE. Categories this year: Hellish - approx 70+ miles, HelliSSh - approx 70+ miles (Single Speed), Insane - approx 100+ miles, InSSane - approx 100+ miles (Single Speed). Riders may start at any of the first three trails (Big Cedar, Boulder Park, Oak Cliff Nature Preserve) and ride them in any order, but they must be done before they move onto trails 4-10 which has to be done in the order listed.
