Volunteer Check-In / Check-Out Station - Saturday, December 19, 2026 signup sheet
Help keep our volunteers organized and accounted for throughout Giveaway Day!
Volunteers at this station will check volunteers in and out, mark attendance on the provided sign-up sheets, and track actual volunteer hours. Please note when someone does not arrive for their scheduled shift so the position can be covered. Volunteers may stay later than scheduled or need to leave early, so accurate check-out times are important.
At check-in, provide each volunteer with a name tag and event button to wear while working. Event buttons are theirs to keep. Confirm that each volunteer has a signed Waiver of Liability on file. Anyone who has not completed a waiver must do so before volunteering.
Help direct volunteers to their assigned areas and let them know where restrooms and volunteer refreshments are located.
Age requirements: Volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Youth ages 16 and older may volunteer independently. Children under age 8 may not volunteer due to safety concerns.
