2026 Trunk or Treat signup sheet
On Saturday October 24 from 2-4PM, we are hosting a Trunk-or-Treat in the school staff parking lot!
What is a Trunk or Treat?
Trunk volunteers will bring their vehicle, decorate their trunks and be ready to hand out treats to the kids. Kids (and adults) can wear costumes and trick-or-treat moving from car to car.
General Guidelines
We aim to make this event accessible so all of our Elmwood trick-or-treaters can enjoy! Please ensure your trunk isn't too scary or loud, avoid flashing lights, and make sure all trick or treaters can physically access the treats!
Trunk decorating and setup begins at 1 and the event begins at 2.
Through the generosity of our Elmwood Parent Financial Association and local businesses, treats will be provided to each trunk for handing out to the trick or treaters.
We encourage people to buddy-up with other Elmwood parents to do a trunk together. This creates community!
We would like to see representation from as many classes as possible so registration is organized by class. There are "over flow" spots, if your grade spot it full feel free to register there. Please only register in one spot, even if you have multiple children in different grades, please only select one.
You are welcome to host a game and/or play music at your trunk but please note, power is not available.
There will be voting and prizes for best decorated trunks!
