Grocery Shopping team - (will need space to haul items from stores) Pick up, possibly pay for groceries(will be reiembursed) deliver and unload at the school

Concession area set up - set up BBQ, coolers, garbage cans, picnic tables, serving tables, serving tools, signs, label classroom pre order boxes

Cooking - BBQ to have first pre order complete by 11 am, and ready for walk ups at 11

Pre-Order meal organization - Read each class order and organize meal packs for teacher to pick up for their class at their scheduled time

Concession Cashier - Walk up orders, take money, There will be 2 areas for purchasing items, (money handlers should not handle food at the same time)

Concession Clean up - BBQ clean up, Drink and treat station garbage's, inventory and put away left overs, put equipment away(tables, serving utensils etc)

Do you have a pop up tent that could be used? If yes, please sign up to set up and take down- will be used for shade area, concession areas
June 5 8 am set up and 3 pm take down

Parking attendants - Assist making sure NO vehicles are parked on the county road or highway, utilize the parking lot the best it can be. Wear a safety vest
