Role Descriptions

Coach and Assistant Coach: The Coaches will work together leading the team through drills and games. We are planning on setting up a coaching clinic this year shortly before the start of the season so no prior experience is necessary!

Equipment Organizer: The Equipment Organizer will ensure the balls, cones, flags, nets, are set-up in time for the start of the practices and helps with the takedown and putting equipment away at the end of the practice. The equipment will be stored at the MCA.

Ball Pump: We need to continuously pump the balls to keep them hard and usable to play. You will be responsible to help pump the soccer balls at the beginning of the season and as needed.

Line Painter: The Line Painter will paint the field lines at the beginning of the season and as needed for touch-ups throughout the season.

Name Tag Preparation: Need name tags for all U4 & U6 players. Coordinator will give the list of kids names for you to print out, cut, laminate, and punch holes for safety pins.

Check in and Jersey Organizer: Arrive 45 min early on the first soccer night to help set up tables, check in players and hand out jerseys and socks.

Photographer: The Photographer will help coordinate the individual players on picture day. We would ask you to print the photos of the players (all receipts kept for reimbursement) and provide them to the soccer coordinator at the end of the season.

Photographer's Assistant: The Photographer's Assistant will help the photographer with the kids by getting them ready, straighten uniforms, direct kids, etc. The assistant will also help with organizing printed photos and distributing at the last practice.

First- Aid: The First-Aid person will be required to stand by the field with the first aid kit and will attend to any non-emergency injuries.
