2026 EEU Student Volunteer for Aztec Jazz Festival Sat 3/14/25 signup sheet

This sign up is for current EEU students. ALL EEU BAND/GUARD students are expected to sign up for a shift to help with this festival. If you have non-EEU friends that want to help, please contact Minnie at 714-420-5003 (text) and she will find a place for them to help and earn service hours.

*All students should check-in at the check-in table 15-20 minutes before their shift starts. Wear EEU shirt (show shirt, jazz shirt, EEU logo wear)
• Stage Crew - You will make sure that everyone on stage has what they need: extra chairs, stands, vibes, etc
• Judge Runners - Will take scores from Judges to Mr. Myers in Band Room
• Food/Concessions - Help with Concessions - Bright smiling faces! Be helpful and feel free to suggest trying the…. It’s all yummy.
• Check-In Table - You’ll help check-in Band Directors, make sure that they have enough wrist bands, and sell spectator wristbands.
• Guides - MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY - You will find your directors and grab the sheets for your band(s). Help them to and from warm-up, and make sure that your group’s sheets get to the judges. You are the face of our festival!
• Set-up & Tear Down - will work BOTH Fri 3/13 3:30-4:30 AND Sat 3/14 5:30-8:00pm
• Final Set-up - arrive at 6:15am on Saturday to help with final set up.
