NLPS Colour Run 2026 – Volunteer Information

Thank you for helping us make the Colour Run a fun and memorable afternoon for our students!

PARK CREW VOLUNTEERS: The event will be held at Ducrow Reserve, corner of Junction & Oxford Streets. Please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before your allocated shift for a quick briefing and role allocation. Street parking around the reserve is limited, so please allow a little extra time or walk where possible.

WAVE WALKER VOLUNTEERS: Please sign in at the school office and arrive 10 minutes before your allocated wave departure. You’ll be teamed up with the designated Wave Teacher to help safely escort students to Ducrow Reserve, cheer them on or assist with the Park Crew, then assist with the walk back to school. You are welcome to sign up as a WAVE WALKER & PARK CREW. Detailed emails with movements will be sent the day before the event.

Please join in the fun! All volunteers are encouraged to dress colourfully. Bring on the bright clothes, tutus, rainbow glitter hats and anything cheerful to help make this a brilliant experience for the kids!

SET UP TEAM: Volunteers will assist with setting up the obstacle course, inflatable arch, colour stations, water activities, bubble machine, start/finish areas, signage and general event equipment. Some lifting and carrying may be involved, so please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.
