January 2024 (Winter #2) signup sheet

Morning Dancing Approximately 9:00 - 12:00 Afternoon Dancing Approximately 12:30 - 3:00
Times to be Confirmed at close of entries

Door - Take admission fee and sell programs. 2-3 hrs
Numbers - Check for current RSOBHD registration cards and distribute competitor numbers. Complete temporary cards and forms. 1hr
Platform Signs - Change stage signs during the competition. 3hrs
Line Up - Arrange dancers in correct order and assist them to platform. 3hrs
Awards - Distribute medals, stamp pre-premier cards and fill in temporary cards. 30 mins
Runner - Take the judge’s scoring sheets after the end of each category to the scoring area. 3hrs
Cleanup - Taking down tables, signs, cleaning, etc. Ensuring Venue has no garbage, recycling or lost items left. 30min - 1 hour
